Chief Revenue Officer, Corporate Office, NY.
Must have previous Hotel Revenue Management experience and be driven to drive revenue.
This full-time position will manage all revenue activities throughout the hotel / office building division acting as a key liaison among senior leaders. This is a base salary plus achievement goals based upon revenue generation.
You will be responsible for every process that generates revenue. Your focus will be on developing efficient and simplified processes and procedures, improving revenues performance, creating great product and pricing strategies, and delivering out of the box ideas to drive revenue. You will work closely with other revenue-related functions in marketing, group sales, catering, revenue management, operations, and the hotels and office buildings directly.
As needed, you will recruit, hire, train, and build a high-performing team. The ability to build teams effectively is critical, as extensive collaboration with all other disciplines throughout the organization.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, Manage, and hold accountable the sales & revenue team
- Create processes to generate predictable revenue streams across all products and customer segments
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create pricing and product strategies that align with customer needs
- Work closely with marketing, community and support teams to ensure all revenue streams are maximized
- Work closely with technology to ensure proper technology is in place to maximize revenues
- Create cross-channel marketing strategies to expand revenue streams
- Develop relationships with channel partners to expand opportunities and reach new customer segments.
- Negotiate contracts with 3rd party vendors
- Establish revenue forecasting for all revenue streams
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have hotel experience. 5+ years revenue management & sales senior leadership experience managing teams of 8 or more team members
- Must be willing to be Long Island based and work from our corporate office
- Strategic thinker, focused on upselling and developing complex upsell solutions
- Passion for driving revenue & being a leader in competitive markets
- Ability to navigate fast-paced growth and change with an entrepreneurial mindset/experience
- Passion for learning, not afraid to experiment and pull the lever
- Strong passion for data analytics, and allowing data to drive forecasting and make decisions
- Detail oriented and excellent communication skills
- Thrives in streamlining processes while seeking continuous improvement
- Strong technical experience with various hotel systems & 3rd party platforms
- Excellent Finance and P&L skills
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors preferred- or equivalent degree & experience
- Some travel required.
