General Counsel
Kasey Bonsignore - General Counsel, is the General Counsel for Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. Kasey is responsible for supporting the company in matters related to legal concerns, outside counsel, contracts, risk management, acquisitions, and dispositions. Kasey also supports the Blue Sky Hospitality portfolio in general legal issues, licenses, permits, franchise agreements, human resource laws, and vendor contracts. Before joining Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions, Kasey worked with law firms in New York, focusing primarily on real estate law and transactions. She served as a clerk for The Honorable Kevin Nathanial Fox, US Magistrate Judge, US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Kasey graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York, NY, and received her Juris Doctorate from City University of New York Law School in Flushing, NY.
Chintan Sheth, CA
Chief Financial Officer
Chintan Sheth is the Chief Financial Officer for Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. He is responsible for accounting, financial planning and reporting, budgets, program financial control, review of operational and financial controls, negotiating vendor contracts, and implementing new technologies to increase the overall efficiency of the team and organization. Before this, Chintan served as VP of Accounting from 2016 – 2018 and Controller from 2012 – 2016 for Navika Capital Group of Companies. Chintan has a master’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Mumbai and a Professional degree in Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Stephen Bello
Executive Vice President
Stephen Bello, an industry veteran with 30 years of experience, has successfully contributed to the hotel and resort world by providing senior leadership at Amelia Island Plantation, Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Madison Hotel, RB Associates, Hawks Cay Resort, Le Meridian Dallas, and Intercontinental Tampa. As Vice President of Asset Management for the Arden Group, he worked with Starwood, Hilton, and IHG brands. Stephen consulted on the redevelopment and positioning of THE TENNESSEAN Hotel and Residences in Knoxville, Tennessee. He guided SafeHarbor Development for the opening of Margaritaville Hotels on Lake Lanier and in The Great Smokies. Most recently, Stephen was the Senior Vice President of Hospitality for Harwood Hospitality and served as the CEO for The Hideout in Central Texas. As General Manager responsible for the successful opening of the first Ritz-Carlton in the Middle East, the property earned numerous awards such as “One of the Best Club Floors in the World” by Tatler Magazine UK, “Best Hotel in Dubai” by Der Feinschmecker Magazine Germany, and “Best Overseas Hotel in the Incentive Travel Category” by Meeting and Incentives Magazine UK. As Managing Director at Hawks Cay Resort, an independent resort (171 rooms and 231 villas) supporting over 300 associates, Stephen was responsible for the 40 million dollar renovation and reinventing another landmark property in Florida, Keys. This property is considered to be one of the top twenty-five resorts in Florida by Condé Nast Traveler. Awarded the opportunity to join Dolce Hotels and Resorts as Vice President of Operations, where Stephen provided technical support for current and future hotels. He also worked as the technical advisor for The Alexander, Dolce’s first lifestyle hotel, and authored the Dolce food and beverage meeting package, “Thoughtful Foods for Thoughtful Minds.” With a reputation as a quality leader with a strong work ethic, Stephen supported twenty-seven hotels and resorts in North America and Europe. With the desire to continue lifelong learning, Stephen earned his Master's from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, on July 2016. Stephen lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife, Brewster, a Boarder Collie, and Buddy, an Australian Shepard.

Alex Petrollini began with Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions as a Regional Vice President and helped in creating the structure of what is today a premier hospitality company. He has since been promoted to Senior Vice President and now Executive Vice President – where he is responsible for leading a team of thousands of associates across an award-winning portfolio of over 55 upscale branded hotels and nearly 8,000 guest rooms in 21 states. His focus is to deliver on Blue Sky’s goal of providing an Exceptional Guest Experience with Superior Financial Results. Alex is a certified hotel administrator and a passionate servant hospitality leader with more than 35 years of experience in hotel and resort properties. He has spent his time nurturing successful organizations around the globe – from the Canadian Rockies to the Far East and throughout the United States. He brings a no-nonsense approach to operations and incorporates cutting edge technology and systems to the hospitality landscape. Alex is a Canadian native who speaks Russian and Italian. Alex is a certified instrument rated private pilot who enjoys the demanding challenges of flying high performance aircraft. When not visiting Blue Sky properties Alex and his family enjoy traveling and are passionate horse racing enthusiasts. Alex’s mantra in life and in work is simple and fits Blue Sky Hospitality to a T - “Onward and Upward”.
Madhu Pareek, CHA
Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations
Madhu Pareek, CHA, is the Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations for Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. An accomplished Hospitality Professional with extensive knowledge and leadership in hotel management and an exceptional Hotelier dedicated to enhancing hotel and hospitality asset values. Ms. Pareek manages Marriott portfolios with limited and full-service properties. She is responsible for property improvement plans and CapEx. Ms. Pareek oversees portfolio-wide annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, ongoing marketing, and operational planning. Ms. Pareek is responsible for all matters related to franchise compliance with multiple franchisors.
Mark Kulekci
Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations
Mark Kulekci is a Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations for Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. Mr. Kulekci has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 37 years, twenty-two of which, as General Manager and Area General Manager, managing various brands, including Renaissance, Wyndham, Hilton, Crowne Plaza, Radisson, Westin, and Marriott. Mr. Kulekci's expertise includes Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Rooms, Food & Beverage, Guest Satisfaction Score Improvement, Cost Control, Financial Statement Analysis, New Hotel Opening, Renovation, Conversion, Commercial Real Estate, Hotel Valuation, Acquisition and Asset Management. Mr. Kulekci earned his Master of Science degree from Florida International University in Hotel and Food Service Management. He also obtained a Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management certificate from Cornell University and a certificate of leadership and excellence from Harvard University. After successfully managing the 615-room Long Island Marriott for two years during the pandemic, Mark Kulekci was promoted to Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations with Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions.
Argy Koumas
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Argy Koumas is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for leading and supporting the sales efforts of the BSHS on property sales teams to surpass their revenue goals. Argy brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry working with such iconic brands as Marriott, Hilton, and IHG, as well as Independent Hotels in the New York market, negotiating with Corporate Transient, Groups, as well as Foreign Leisure markets and representing his respective hotels at various industry trade shows. Most recently, Argy was the Dual Director of Sales and Marketing at the Riverhead Browning hotels overseeing a department of three team members. Before that, he was a Regional Director of Sales with M&R Hotels for their 14 NYC market hotels, including handling preopening hotels and conversions. He also opened three hotels before that, including the largest Hilton Garden Inn in the world, the first Homewood Suites by Hilton in Manhattan, and the second Residence Inn by Marriott. Argy has successfully completed the Marriott Sales Edge training, Hilton School of Sales, and IHG Sales Leadership. He was also an HSMAI Sales Leader of the Year Finalist. Argy lives in East Northport, NY, with his wife, Laura, and two college sons. Aside from his passion for Hospitality, he is also an avid music aficionado and crossword puzzle solver.
Joseph DelBuono CHA

Joseph is the Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for supporting, developing, and driving bottom-line sales revenue for the portfolio through the sales leadership of each of our hotels. Joseph brings 36 years of experience in the hospitality industry with Marriott Hotels and IHG Hotels, both on property level leadership roles, and over eight years of above property experience as Regional Director of Operations and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing. Joseph’s expertise includes past management of every department in hotels, GM roles, Culinary roles, Catering and Restaurant leadership, and Director of Sales roles. He brings much experience in high-level sales negotiations, hotel sales training, Operations training, and teaching the culture of 15 brands. Most recently, Joseph was the Regional Director of Operations Support with IHG. Before that, he was the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for IHG and has spent most of his career in Sales & Marketing. Joe is married to another amazing hotelier and a proud father of three, lives in CT, and enjoys collecting pieces of history and a great game of golf when he’s not slicing every shot.

Nick Patel is a hospitality professional with over 25 years in the industry. His expertise includes operations and marketing and has managed multiple construction and remodeling projects. His opening background includes Best Western, Holiday Inn Express, Hilton Garden Inn McDonough, GA; Holiday Inn Stockbridge; Holiday Inn Express Cumming, Ga. Mr. Patel received his MBA from Georgia College & State University.
Robert Villalta

Robert Villalta is the Regional Vice President of Operations at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of full-service properties under the Hilton brand and one of the company’s flagship properties, the Double Tree Front Royal Hotel & Golf Course.Robert brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry at the corporate level in Operational and Financial roles with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Benchmark Hotels & Resorts, W Hotels, and Dream Hotels. Robert was also integral to several opening teams, including The Doral Telluride Resort, The Nuevo Vallarta Resort, and the Naples Bay Resort & Marina.Most recently, Robert was Corporate Director of Real Estate Operations at Amsterdam Hospitality, overseeing and repositioning properties in New York City, Waterbury, Miami, Tampa, Charlotte, and North Carolina. Before that, he held Area Manager responsibilities for the Bentley and Marcel Group and previously as General Manager of the Glen Cove Mansion Resort and Conference Center.Villalta is an MBA graduate of Washington State University of Pullman, Washington, with a concentration in Hospitality. He and his family reside in Huntington, New York, and he enjoys a good tennis match in his free time.

Mr. Mavashev is a hands-on hospitality professional with proven success in leading and driving sales to maximize profits. Mr. Mavashev is also a seasoned hospitality leader with 20 years of management experience, showing proven success in the NYC Metro Area. Mr. Mavashev has a comprehensive brand experience with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, and Choice Hotels. Mr. Mavashev has extensive knowledge in Human Resources, Accounting, Operations, and Sales that have been developed through Executive level positions at many properties.
Saurav Arora
Regional Vice President of Accounting & Finance. CHAE
Saurav Arora oversees finance management for hotels in the New York/New Jersey region at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions, including the 615-room, 2100+ sq. ft. event space at Long Island Marriott, of which he remains Director of Finance.Prior to joining Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions in November 2021, Saurav served as Corporate-Hotel Portfolio at Olshan Properties in NYC, managing finances for a portfolio with locations in Illinois, Georgia, and Florida. He served as a senior member of financial teams in luxury boutique hotels throughout New York City, including Soho Grand and The Roxy - where he managed a combined revenue of $80 million annually as Director of Finance - as well as Gramercy Park Hotel and 11 Howard. Also, as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor, Saurav spent time in Starwood properties, including W Times Square. In 2012, Saurav left the Boston area, where he built on his experiences in Food & Beverage Management. This included time spent at Westin Waltham-Boston as an Outlet Manager and a member of the Management Development Program at Four Seasons Hotel Boston. His first State-side position was at Hyatt Regency Atlanta in Food and Beverage as an Outlet Management. Before moving to the United States in 2004, Saurav spent time in Moycullen, County Galway, Ireland, working closely with the owner of White Gables restaurant for two years, honing his Food and Beverage skills previously employed at AIG restaurants and Intercontinental in Geneva, Switzerland. Saurav, originally from New Delhi, India, left home at 17 to pursue further education and explore the exciting world of hospitality. He holds a Swiss Diploma in Hotel Management from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, Le Bouveret, an MBA in Global Business Leadership - Financial Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University.

Mr. Alam is a 30-year hospitality industry veteran. Before joining Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions, he served New York-based M&R Hotel Group as a Vice President of Operations, managing a group of hotels including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Choice, and Wyndham brands. In this position, Mr. Alam was responsible for providing senior oversight to M&R's hotel operations team and supported the operational focus of the company's strategic growth initiatives. Before that, he was Vice President of Operations for Montreal-based Lixi Hotel Group. Mr. Alam oversaw properties, including the brands Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, IHG, and the former Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. He has also held positions as Regional Director of Operations and General Manager of branded and unbranded hotels in New York, Boston, and Connecticut. Mr. Alam is well-versed in a diverse union labor market. Mr. Alam earned his bachelor's and MBA degrees from Eastern Michigan University. He earned his Certified Hotel Administrator designation from American Hotel & Lodging Association's Educational Institute.

Scott Fisher is the Corporate Brand Performance Officer at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. In this role, he oversees Brand Performance, Compliance, and Relationships. Scott is a Hospitality Leader with 22+ years of Hotel General Management experience.Scott has certified with one Marriott, two Hiltons, and three other brands and has managed Full Service, Extended Stay, and Select Service hotels in multiple states. Scott has led teams through new hotel openings, brand conversions, and complete and partial renovations. Prior to being promoted to the corporate team, Scott spent two and a half years as the General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn – Mount Laurel, NJ, with Blue Sky. For 2010, Scott’s hotel team was recognized with the annual award as the hotel with the most-improved guest satisfaction among several hundred hotels for Interstate Hotels and Resorts. In 2012, Marriott incorporated Scott’s team’s huddle training as part of the standard huddles for the entire Residence Inn brand. Scott has developed significant brand experience and knowledge while serving as General Manager for twelve hotels in nine brands plus a large, independent shore hotel. Conclusion: While developing hotel leaders and mentors, Scott has honed these skills as a local, regional, and national volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America, mentoring young women and men to become strong leaders and mentors at a young age. Scott’s wife, Carla, is a teacher in the inner cities of New Jersey. Scott’s son, Donovan, and daughter Ryanne are both Eagle Scouts. Victoria Troiano-Heleniak, CHIA

Victoria is directly accountable for maximizing the revenue of hotels within multiple regions. She is the primary consultant for the portfolio of hotels on pricing strategy, rate strategy, and yield management. Victoria identifies/develops revenue opportunities and performs competitive market analysis weekly for the portfolio. She consults with the hotel teams on corporate, group, and negotiated rates. She conducts weekly yield management meetings to identify the success of prior weeks and the price/inventory strategies for future weeks; This allows the portfolio to collaborate on implementing the agreed-upon strategy in the hotel and various external systems. Previous roles have been with Hilton Times Square and Hampton Inn Times Square. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from the New York Institute of Technology and has a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics.

A hotel broker since 1978. Mr. Patel was the acquisition director with Navika Capital Group (2006-to Present). He has experience in hotel consulting, asset management, and development, and he owned & operated several LS Hotels in Houston. Mr. Patel received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering in India and has a bachelor's from Tuskegee Institute, Alabama. Also, Mr. Patel has held a Texas license as Real Estate Broker since 1978.
