The Corporate Director of Revenue Management & Distribution is responsible for the strategy, as well as revenue action plans aimed to maximize property revenues and channel mix, distribution and associated costs for optimal profitability and market penetration for the entire portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities

The Corporate Director of Revenue is responsible for:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies in alignment with brand strategy. Monitor execution and results.
    • Spearhead the hotel revenue management analytical efforts.
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies for the brand to maximize RevPAR and TrevPAR through the management of room inventories, market mix, pricing strategies, banquet and events spaces.
  • Work with DORMS and Area DORMS as well as property leadership teams to instill the revenue management culture and ensure a focus on total revenue optimization.
  • Lead the property revenue optimization strategies through coordinating scheduled strategy meetings, and ongoing collaborative conversation.
  • Analyze and review monthly and weekly reports results and understanding gains or losses of RevPAR/TrevPAR and applying this knowledge to impact and predict future results for the brand.
  • Oversee and Manage relationships with Third Party Providers (OTA's, Wholesalers, etc.) while establishing global and local strategies to maximize revenue and minimize cost.
  • Monitor actual sales and revenues to determine variance in order to assess goal accomplishments. Adjust strategies and forecasts accordingly.
  • Generate incremental revenue and brand awareness through the creation and implementation of brand relevant promotions.
  • Identify/create best practices for the benefit for the hotels in the portfolio.
  • Monitor competitive set activities to properly adjust execution based on environment.
  • Hire the best talent available from inside or outside the organization.
  • Provide analytical research documents and reports in support of the annual rate and budget processes as well as assist in development of the annual business plan for the brand and the hotels in the portfolio.
  • Applicant will be responsible for overseeing 6 Full-Service Hilton Hotels
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of senior level experience in leading Revenue Management, Distribution Systems, Analytics, including data analysis
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in developing high-performing, engaged teams with a keen focus on leadership development, accountability and execution.
  • Well organized and detail oriented, with a high sense of accountability and integrity
    • A team player that is able to grow and maintain a positive culture that reflects the overall values of the organization
  • Comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas.
  • Must possess superb communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Certified in Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Hyatt systems.
  • This position is Hybrid (3 Days work to the Uniondale office & 2 Days work from home).
